Clear Expectations & Supportive Practice

Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how Flownesis enquiries, bookings, payments and participation are managed, so that every experience begins with clear and fair expectations.

Last updated 2 September 2026

01

An enquiry is not yet a booking

Your place is confirmed only after Flownesis confirms availability and any required payment has been received.

02

24 hours’ cancellation notice

Give at least 24 hours’ notice to move an eligible booking or receive a class credit, subject to availability.

03

Move within your own limits

Participation is voluntary. Stop when needed and seek appropriate medical advice if you are unsure whether a service is suitable.

About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of flownesisofficial.com and to movement classes, private sessions, online sessions, programs, workshops and related services provided by Flownesis.

Flownesis is operated by Eleni Petrou in Cyprus. References to “Flownesis”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Eleni Petrou operating as Flownesis. “You” or “participant” means the person making the booking or taking part in a service.

By completing a booking or payment after these terms have been made available to you, you agree to them. If another person makes a booking for you, they must bring these terms to your attention.

Specific written terms provided for a particular workshop, course, retreat, venue or package will also apply. If a specific term conflicts with these general terms, the specific term will apply to that service.

Enquiries and booking confirmation

Submitting preferred classes, dates or times through the website is an enquiry. It does not automatically reserve or guarantee a place.

A booking becomes confirmed when:

  • Flownesis confirms the class, date, time and location in writing; and
  • Any payment or deposit requested for that booking has been received.

Places may be limited and are normally allocated in the order in which the required confirmation and payment are completed. Please check the booking details and notify Flownesis promptly if anything is incorrect.

The person making a booking must provide accurate contact information and tell us about any change that may affect the booking.

Prices and payments

The current price, package options and any payment deadline will be communicated before a booking is completed. Prices may vary according to the service, format, location, duration or package selected.

Payment must be made through an accepted payment method and by the stated deadline. A place may be released if the required payment is not received on time.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices apply only to the named service and do not include personal travel, internet access, equipment or other individual expenses.

If a price or booking detail is displayed incorrectly because of a clear technical or administrative error, Flownesis may correct it before the booking is confirmed. You may then accept the corrected booking or receive a refund of any amount already paid for the affected service.

Client cancellations and changes

24 hours or more An eligible booking may be moved or converted into a class credit, subject to availability and the applicable package period.
Less than 24 hours The session is normally charged and is not eligible for a refund, transfer or replacement credit.
No-show Failure to attend without notice is treated as a late cancellation and the session or package credit is used.

Cancellation notice must be sent directly to Flownesis using an agreed contact method. The relevant time is when the message is received.

Moving a booking is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Any credit issued must be used within the original package or credit validity period unless Flownesis confirms otherwise in writing.

Workshops, short courses, retreats, events and services involving advance third-party costs may have a different cancellation deadline. Any different rule will be communicated before payment and will apply to that booking.

Flownesis may consider exceptional circumstances individually, but doing so once does not create an obligation to make the same exception again. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Packages and class credits

Unless stated otherwise when purchased, packages and credits are personal to the named participant and may not be transferred, shared or resold.

  • Each package has the number of sessions and validity period stated at purchase.
  • Unused sessions expire at the end of that period unless an extension is agreed in writing.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows use one session from the package.
  • Packages are not redeemable for cash.
  • After a package has begun, refunds are not normally provided for a change of mind, except where required by law or expressly agreed.

A temporary extension or pause may be considered for a significant injury, illness or exceptional circumstance. Supporting information may be requested where appropriate. Any extension must be confirmed by Flownesis in writing.

Changes or cancellations by Flownesis

Flownesis may need to change an instructor, time, location, delivery format or other practical detail for safety, weather, venue availability, illness, insufficient attendance or circumstances outside reasonable control.

If Flownesis cancels a paid service, we will normally offer a suitable alternative date, transfer or credit. If no reasonable alternative is available or suitable for you, you may request a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled service.

Flownesis is not responsible for reasonable personal travel or other indirect expenses unless required by applicable law. We will try to provide as much notice as reasonably possible using the contact details supplied with the booking.

Outdoor classes and weather

Outdoor sessions depend on weather, ground conditions, environmental conditions and the safe availability of the location. Flownesis decides whether a planned outdoor session can proceed safely.

A session may be moved indoors, relocated, delayed, rescheduled or cancelled. If Flownesis cancels it, the options in Section 06 apply.

If the class proceeds safely but you choose not to attend, the normal client cancellation rules apply. Participants are responsible for suitable clothing, sun protection, hydration and any personal equipment identified in the booking information.

Arrival, attendance and conduct

Please arrive with enough time to prepare and follow any venue or access instructions. Late arrival may reduce participation time. Entry after a session has started may be refused where joining late would be unsafe or disruptive, without an automatic refund or replacement credit.

Participants must behave respectfully toward the instructor, other participants, staff, venues and equipment. Harassment, intimidation, dangerous conduct or deliberate disruption will not be accepted.

Flownesis may ask a participant to modify or stop an activity, or leave a session, where reasonably necessary for safety or respectful delivery. Serious or repeated misconduct may result in cancellation of future bookings, subject to applicable law.

Health and participation

Movement and exercise involve physical effort and carry some risk of discomfort, strain, falls or injury. Every participant is responsible for moving within their own current ability and choosing whether to perform, modify or stop an activity.

  • Seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating if you are unsure whether a service is suitable.
  • Inform Flownesis privately of relevant limitations, injuries, pregnancy or health concerns that may affect safe participation.
  • Follow safety guidance and use equipment only as instructed.
  • Stop immediately if you experience sharp pain, dizziness, unusual breathlessness, faintness or another concerning symptom.
  • Do not participate while affected by alcohol, recreational drugs or medication that makes movement unsafe.
Health disclaimer: Flownesis movement services and website content are educational and wellbeing services. They do not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, physiotherapy or a guarantee of rehabilitation results, and they are not a substitute for individual medical advice.

An instructor can offer general alternatives but cannot assess every participant’s health or guarantee that a particular movement is suitable for an individual condition.

Online sessions

For an online session, you are responsible for arranging a safe, obstruction-free space, a stable device, suitable internet access and any equipment specified in advance.

Position the camera only if and in a way that you are comfortable with. An instructor’s ability to observe alignment and surroundings remotely is limited. You remain responsible for stopping or modifying movement when necessary.

A participant-side internet, device or software failure does not normally create a right to a refund. If a session cannot proceed because of a material technical problem controlled by Flownesis, an alternative, credit or refund for the affected session will be offered as appropriate.

Access links are personal and must not be shared unless Flownesis has agreed to a group or household booking.

Minors

A participant under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian may be required to make the booking, provide relevant information, complete consent documentation and remain present, depending on the participant’s age and the service.

Flownesis may decline or pause participation where the necessary guardian consent, supervision or safety information has not been provided.

Personal belongings and venues

Participants remain responsible for their personal belongings. Please avoid bringing valuable items where possible. Flownesis is not responsible for loss, theft or damage unless caused by a failure for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Services may take place at independent studios, outdoor locations or third-party venues. Participants must follow reasonable venue rules. Flownesis is not responsible for unrelated services or facilities operated independently by a third party.

Photography and recordings

Participants may not photograph, film or record a session, the instructor or other participants without prior permission.

Flownesis will not use an identifiable participant’s photograph, video or testimonial for public marketing merely because they attended a class. Where filming or photography is planned, appropriate information and consent arrangements will be provided.

Separate written consent may be required for a child or young person. Consent for optional marketing images can be refused or withdrawn for future use without affecting access to ordinary services.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Flownesis name, branding, website text, class materials, written programs, recordings, graphics and original teaching resources are owned by or licensed to Flownesis.

Materials supplied for personal participation may be used only for your own non-commercial purposes. They may not be copied, recorded, shared, sold, published, taught, adapted or distributed without prior written permission, except where law expressly permits.

Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Website information and external links

We aim to keep website information accurate and useful, but schedules, prices, availability and service descriptions may change. Final booking information provided directly by Flownesis takes priority over general website information.

General movement and wellbeing content is not personalised professional advice. Results vary between individuals and no particular physical, therapeutic or wellbeing result is guaranteed.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. Flownesis does not control and is not responsible for independent third-party content, products, services or privacy practices.

Responsibility and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or removes any mandatory rights available to you as a consumer.

Subject to those rights, Flownesis is not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the booking was made, loss caused by inaccurate or withheld information, failure to follow reasonable safety guidance, or loss resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Services are supplied for personal use. Flownesis is not responsible for business loss, loss of profit or commercial interruption arising from a consumer booking.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude responsibility for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

Events outside reasonable control

Flownesis will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural events, public-health restrictions, utility or internet failure, venue closure, transport disruption, industrial action or government requirements.

We will take reasonable steps to communicate with affected participants and reduce the impact. Depending on the circumstances, the service may be relocated, delivered online, postponed, credited or refunded in accordance with applicable law and the nature of the booking.

Privacy

Personal information is handled as explained in the Privacy Policy. Information about cookies and browser storage is available in the Cookie Policy.

Where relevant health information is needed to support safe participation, it should be shared privately rather than in a public group conversation.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when Flownesis services, booking arrangements, payment systems or legal requirements change. The current version and revision date will be published on this page.

The terms provided when a booking is made will normally continue to apply to that booking unless a change is required by law or is agreed with you.

Governing law and resolving concerns

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you remain unaffected.

If you have a concern, please contact Flownesis first so that we can try to resolve it fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may use any consumer complaint or dispute-resolution rights available under applicable Cyprus or European Union law.
